The Reputation Guardian

Throttles on warning signals and pauses a domain on its own before damage spreads to the pool.

Warm-up, automated

New domains earn their way up. Quietly, in the background.

Every new or idle sending domain is warmed with real engagement before it takes production volume. Volume rises only when the signals say it is safe to.

The Reputation Guardian

It watches every signal, so you don't have to.

The Guardian sits behind every send. It throttles on warning signals and pauses a domain on its own when needed, before damage can spread to the rest of the pool.

  • Thresholds per domain, per provider, per inbox.
  • Automatic throttle and auto-pause, no human in the loop.
  • Lose one domain and the rest of the pool keeps sending.
  • Every action logged in a full audit trail.

You don't monitor the inbox. We do.

The system watches every signal, on every domain, on every provider, around the clock. It throttles or pauses on its own when it needs to. You see the results. You never have to worry about getting there.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is automated domain warm-up?

Sending domains build trust with inbox providers slowly, through real engagement, before they are trusted with large volume. Fortitude Send runs that ramp automatically so new and idle domains are production-ready without any manual scheduling.

How do you protect sender reputation?

The Reputation Guardian watches bounce, complaint and engagement signals per domain, per provider and per inbox. When a signal crosses a warning threshold the system throttles. When it crosses a hard threshold the domain is paused on its own, before damage spreads to the rest of the pool.

Why use multiple email providers?

Resend, Amazon SES and Mailgun each have their own routes, reputations and outages. Balancing across all three means no single provider issue can stop a send, and load can be shifted to whichever route is healthiest right now.

What happens before a campaign sends?

Lists are verified, audiences are suppressed against bounces and complaints, the HTML is spam-tested across major inboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC are confirmed, and reputation gates are checked. Only then does the campaign release.
